About Institute

Introduction of the Institution.
To produce quality technical health related human resources, and to mobilize this workforce to provide health services in rural areas, this institute was established in the year 2051 BS (1994/1995 AD) with affiliation from the Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT). It is located at the Banepa Municipality ward no. 10. Kavre Health Training Institute has a long history of providing quality health education. The institute successfully operated the Community Medical Assistant (CMA) and Auxiliary Nursing Midwife (ANM) TSLC programs from 2051 to 2077 B.S. After the discontinuation of these programs, it began offering three-year diploma programs in General Medicine and Physiotherapy, affiliated with the Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT). To meet the growing demand for skilled health professionals, the institute is planning to launch three-year diploma programs in Pharmacy and Medical Laboratory Technology in the near future.
